ABOUT US AND  SPORTS

 

As passonate staff of the time-honored sport club BVSC-Zugló we have developed our longtime dream and opened our sport nursery in 2013. 

 

As fathers and mothers - we wanted to create an uncompromising daycare for our children, where teachers and parents work together in constant interaction for developing a safe and healthy environment.  

 

We belive Ernest Hemingway's words: sport teaches you everything... A child's early years development is crucial to their life, walking, talking and personalities are formed when young. Sports skills play an important role in all parts of a young child's life, as well being proven that children involved in sports gain psychological benefits compared to those that are not, so let's give them the best start possible!

 

With help of BVSC's professional coaches our nurcery developed an own method, and chose such sports, that help the kids in healthy growth, strengthen their stamina, but do not enforce their organization too much.  Of course we don't make them to do competitive sports yet! We just want to integrate sports into their everyday life on a playful way. Our children practice the following sports on a weekly basis:

 

+ Swimming (twice a week)

+ Wrestling

+ Soccer
+ Karate

+ Cycling

 

​HEALTHY EATING

 

At BVSC-Zugló Sport Nursery we believe that mealtimes should be a social, happy time where skills can be developed and foods tasted!! We recognize the importance of a balanced diet in promoting a child's growth, development and behavior. We are using only the freshest ingredients, including fresh fruit and vegetables. A variety of nutritionally balanced meals are offered, which ensures all children have the opportunity to sample seasonal and home grown produce. Vegetarian and alternative options are available and dietary requirements are accommodated in all settings.

 

UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT

 

Our nursery is in a fully renovated part of BVSC's swimming hall with huge floor to ceiling glass windows which look out onto the green grass of the playing fields and the outdoor pools. Huge emphasis has been placed on light and space in this facility and in what has resulted, there couldn’t be a better nursery environment. Please find some photos in the website's galery HERE.
